Meet iTrip Tempe

Peter and Meagan South own iTrip Tempe, which serves Tempe, downtown Phoenix, West Phoenix, Goodyear and Avondale. Their full-service rental property management program ensures homeowners and guests get the care they deserve.

More than 25 years ago, Peter moved to Tempe to attend Arizona State University. Prior to college, he grew up on the Arizona/Mexico border in the small town of Rio Rico just outside of Nogales. After graduation, Peter spent the next 20 years providing strategic operational support for the nation's busiest Port of Los Angeles from his remote office in Phoenix. In his spare time, Peter began his journey into long-term property management, working with several properties over the last decade.

Meagan is part of a long history of Tempe families. Her grandparents lived in the spot where Arizona State Law Library is now located, and her grandfather built many of the first neighborhoods in Tempe. Meagan has spent her career teaching and caring for children. In addition, she currently serves as Children’s Director at her church.

iTrip Tempe was founded as a way for Peter and Meagan to support their family of four and allow them to give back to families in their community. They are excited to help guests experience all the great parts about vacationing in the Phoenix area – such as enjoying beautiful hikes, taking in a Diamondbacks game, enjoying a round of golf or exploring the food scene. As Arizona natives, they can tell visitors where the best hikes are, where to find the best taco, and how to have the best Arizona vacation. In addition, they look forward to providing guests with superior customer service and helping homeowners have a positive rental property management experience.
